First things first: Why use Facebook ads?
Facebook Advertising is now one of the most effective tools out there to grow your business, create loyal customers, and generate leads and sales. There are now over 3 million businesses advertising on Facebook and there’s never been a better time to start than now.

- Targeting: The targeting options within Facebook Ads is incredible. Businesses can target users by location, demographics, age, gender, interests, behavior, and much more.

Once you’re done head to business.facebook.com/adsmanager/manage/campaigns
The Campaign Level
Set up ad account with your preferences
After you’re done, click Continue.
The Ad Set Level
This is where you can choose the location(s) you want to target, the age range of people, genders, and detailed targeting where you can select the interest keywords that represent your niche/business.
In the placement section, I recommend leaving it as Automatic Placements and leave facebook algorithms to do their magic.

And in the budget section, you can choose what daily/lifetime budget you want to spend in your campaigns and Facebook will give you an estimate of results you can get for that amount of money
The Ad Level
This is where you create what people are gonna be seeing as your Facebook ad.
First, you start by selecting the Facebook page you want the ads to be running under.
For the format, you can select Single Image or Video
Then you can add the Media whether you want people to be seeing an image or a video in your ad
And Finally in the Text & Links area you can write your ad copy, headline, and specify the Call-To-Action
And then you click Confirm and you wait for your ad to be reviewed by Facebook, it normally takes a couple of hours to 2 days.
